Log in to the website using your user name and password,

On the top right section of your screen, click on "Create Story".

Type a "Title". This will be the name of the story.

Type the info you want to present in the "Body" box.

To Add A Graphic

Press "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Go back to the top of the story. Press the "Edit" tab.

Go to the bottom of the page and open "Menu Settings".

Type a short description of your story (no more than 3 words) in the "Title" box.

From the drop down "Parent Item" box, scroll down and choose the most appropriate parent/heading for your item.

Press "Submit"

Look at the menu items on the left sidebar. Your new story link wll appear.

In case you want to delete the item, press "edit", then "delete".
